Fiduciary Investors Symposium CIO summit

November 25, 2012

The Fiduciary Investors Symposium, Mornington Peninsula will build on the success of the innovative and collaborative Blue Mountains Fiduciary Investors Symposium held in May.

The content is specifically tailored to CIOs and investment directors and FIS November will give delegates practical tools to facilitate best practice investment governance for Australian institutional investors.

This includes how to influence and manage fees, the structures for internal alignment with long-term strategy, risk indicators and performance measurement.

The Conexus Financial Research Project – the result of a collaboration between academic David Bell and a number of super funds at the May FIS on MySuper default funds – will be presented to delegates.

The on-going volatility in the global financial markets continues to demand that investment staff consider both strategic and dynamic opportunities in portfolio construction and implementation.

The Fiduciary Investors Symposium series is a collaborative intellectual forum to give CIOs the tools they need to keep abreast on critical investment trends.

Attendance is restricted to CEOs, CIOs, general managers, managing directors and executive directors of Australia’s largest investment companies.

“The Conexus 2012 Fiduciary Investors  Symposium at Lilianfels rated a high score on all the important measures. We discussed the right topics with the right people in a very pleasant environment. It was extremely well organised, interactive and sophisticated, but fun as well. In two words: great conference. Jeremy Cooper
